Lighting up Lincolnshire: our £130m investment programme

On Monday 22nd of June 2015, the University launched an investment package of £130million to be spent over the next 5 years in conjunction with the European Investment Bank. View the news article on the investment here.

The investment into campus development will involve the construction of three major buildings; the Isaac Newton Building, the Sarah Swift Building and the Marina Residences along with improvements to landscaping on the Brayford Pool Campus.

The Estates & Commercial Facilities department is providing project management, space planning, property services and environmental sustainability advice for all three projects and will be providing facilities management to all three buildings when they open.
